Each event has limited vendor space, and pricing varies based on vendor type and event size.
 

• Community Tables: Free 

• Merchandise Vendors: $25 for small shows / $40 for large shows 

• Food Truck & Food Table Vendors: $50 for small shows / $75 for large shows 
   

Small shows have an estimated attendance of approximately 700 guests, while large shows are expected to draw 1,500+ attendees.
 

All vendors receive a 10x10 self-contained space and must provide their own setup. Electricity is not available.

Vendors using tents must follow these requirements:
 

• Tents must be free-standing frame tents or canopies 

• Tents must be fire-retardant 

• Tents must be secured using weights only at each corner
