Become a Vendor at the July Music Series
Join Pop’s House and the City of Harrisburg for a summer concert series at Reservoir Park featuring live music, food, and a vibrant community atmosphere. We are currently accepting Merchandise & Community Vendors as well as Food Truck & Table Vendors for multiple event dates throughout July.
WHAT TO KNOW:
Each event has limited vendor space, and pricing varies based on vendor type and event size.

Community Tables: Free

Merchandise Vendors: $25 for small shows / $40 for large shows

Food Truck & Food Table Vendors: $50 for small shows / $75 for large shows
Small shows have an estimated attendance of approximately 700 guests, while large shows are expected to draw 1,500+ attendees.
All vendors receive a 10x10 self-contained space and must provide their own setup. Electricity is not available.
Vendors using tents must follow these requirements:

Tents must be free-standing frame tents or canopies

Tents must be fire-retardant

Tents must be secured using weights only at each corner

All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to approval. Additional instructions are included in the application.
